Essentially you pay for two days of intensive instruction in groups of 2 or 3 students per instructor, lots of hours per day formally learning plus the informal stuff
We are generous with our time - - we are away together for 48 hours and downtime is also spent chatting about kitesurfing - - in addition to the formal theory and the practical
How many hours do I get on the water? That totally depends on the wind. We timetable in 6 hours of instruction per day. If it's windy we don't send people back to the house! We get out there and kite. It is rare for us to determine when we stop - normally the students are exhausted. Then we get to have some fun too!
If there's no wind we go for a surf or a dip and explore the locality
And of course we try to do the theoretical stuff before the wind picks up
We stay together as "mates" in a rented house and everyone shares the cost equally for the accom & supermarket food or the odd takeaway pizza - and shares the cooking & washing-up too! We are there to provide the tuition and the fun, not as room service!
